About The Position
Assistant Manager Position We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and have fun while doing it. We are a small franchise that employees 12 people so team building skills are a must for this position.
Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (We`re closed on Christmas day and Thanksgiving day)
- Must be able to work 40-45 hours per week
- Excellent Communication skills
- Organization skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Must be able to Deliver and create outstanding product
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Repetitive use of hands
- Minimum of 2 years in food industry required
- Minimum of 2 years of management skills preferred
- A minimum age of 18 years
