To manage the daily operations of a fast-paced retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all areas, including customer service, inventory management, and sales. The role is focused on creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers while maintaining a productive work environment for staff. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually. In addition, the Assistant Manager embodies the Goodwill Mission to: “Empower people to achieve their most abundant life” and upholds the Company Core Values of: Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, Customer-First Mindset, Humble Confidence, Passion for Mission, and Do the Right Thing. Supervisory responsibilities include Custodians, Drive Thru Ambassadors, Sales Production Associates, and Textile Sales Associates.
