About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, a focus on customer care, and the ability to set an example for staff, demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.
