About The Position

Join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role is for individuals who desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
