This role is for high-energy team builders who will assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for their team. Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations such as cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to developing other managers by setting an example and mentoring their team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and actively encouraging current team members while recruiting new talent.
