Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in budget management
  • Possess US Work Authorization

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze financial reports, set goals for improvement, and take corrective actions to achieve budgeted sales and profit margins.
