Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and money management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
  • Friendly, diligent, and responsible attitude with a positive demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Food safety knowledge or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts
  • Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
