About The Position
At Jack’s, managers are considered the backbone of the restaurants. The role involves leading shifts, assisting crew members, providing friendly service to guests, and partnering with the General Manager to achieve daily goals. Assistant Managers are also responsible for helping to run a million-dollar business by maintaining high energy and standards, training, coaching, and developing team members, preparing southern foods, and fostering a fun, supportive, respectful, and valued work environment.

- Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
