About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY As an Assistant Manager for Team Seattle you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assistant Manger Responsibilities Assist in managing all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew Work to ensure staffing is at optimal levels at all times Assist in preparing all paperwork and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely fashion Provide the best customer service possible at all times Assist with performance review Maintain a team spirited environment Service Responsibilities Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler Prepare product following established standards Receive and process telephone and computer orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility daily You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings Comply with all safety requirements Position Requires Maintaining a high level of professionalism; represent Team Seattle in a professional manner at all times Work with all other company departments Be ready and accept other assignments as time and need require

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter and manage time wisely
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
