About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's store located at 816 Eastern Pkwy in Louisville, United States. We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to help lead our store operations and drive customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of shifts Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Handle customer interactions and resolve issues to ensure excellent customer service Manage cash operations and maintain accurate financial records Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Participate in hands-on tasks including answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale Assist in training and developing new team members Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong math and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing orders and inventory
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience leading a team
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
