About The Position

Circle K is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly service to customers, and executing the company's food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about your customers and set an example for your staff, displaying a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
