Requirements

  • Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order taking and processing.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements with hands/fingers.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
  • Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
  • Ability to navigate adverse terrain (multi-story buildings, private homes) while carrying product during delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring the crew does the same.
  • Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and scheduling.
  • Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality.
  • Manage transportation to/from work.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Execute marketing activities.
  • Ensure profitability.
  • Operate all store equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Deliver products by car to customer doors.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
