About The Position

Requirements

  • 6+ months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels.
  • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed.
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
  • Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
  • Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines.
