Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards Supervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and support for their professional development Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach Handle cash management, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial records Answer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standards Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering as needed Resolve conflicts and challenges with a decisive yet collaborative approach Communicate transparently with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
