Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and overall performance Supervise, train, and motivate team members Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Oversee cash handling, register operations, and shift reconciliation Promote and drive enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control Enforce company policies and safety procedures Ensures that all necessary store reports and paperwork are completed accurately Assist with opening and closing procedures Handles escalated customer concerns and emergencies in absence of the General Manager
