About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire to be challenged, thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, and are looking to build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly service to customers, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about your customers, set a positive example for your staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.

Responsibilities
