About The Position

At Jack’s, managers are considered the backbone of the restaurants. This role involves leading shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members, and providing friendly service to guests. The Assistant Manager will partner with the General Manager to lead the team and meet daily goals, contributing to the operation of a high-volume business through high energy and standards. Key responsibilities also include training, coaching, and developing successful team members, preparing southern foods, and fostering a fun, supportive, respectful, and valued work environment.
