We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive repair store. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader and team builder with experience across all areas of store operations. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, managing schedules and service flow, overseeing inventory and payroll controls, and coaching team members—all to grow the business through outstanding operational execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in an automotive shop or retail service environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong customer service and sales acumen
  • Ability to use computers and POS systems effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and balance store and shop productivity while maintaining high quality standards
  • Experience managing labor, cost controls, and sales trends to drive performance
