About The Position

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment, and who are looking to build a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the company's food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and calls for individuals who care about their customers, set a positive example for staff, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.
