Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve success metrics and lead the team toward goals
Take ownership of the guest experience through friendly service, a clean environment, and serving hot, fresh meals
Develop and mentor team members through effective training and recruitment
Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates clearly and consistently
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment rooted in teamwork and respect
