This role provides support for the efficient operation of the salvage outlet while promoting Goodwill’s mission and values. It ensures a positive shopping experience, oversees store personnel, and fosters a productive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies, all while contributing to sales goals and community engagement. The position reports to the Salvage Outlet Manager who evaluates performance annually.
