Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Create and manage employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands
  • Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed
  • Provide top-notch customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and achieve store goals
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction
