About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our car wash facility. You will assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in the car wash or service industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary

Responsibilities

• Operational & Administrative Support Support the Site Manager with daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, inspections, and policy enforcement. Maintain accurate records, sales reports, schedules, and assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and customer claims.
• Customer Service Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Help train and guide staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Staff Supervision & Training Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance feedback. Partner with the Site Manager to support employee productivity, teamwork, and morale.
• Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct safety inspections, assist with safety training, and maintain incident and accident records.
