Assistant Managers are trained to oversee the day-to-day operations including: recruiting, training and managing store employees, creating a fun and professional work environment, providing high quality products and customer service. Must be able to meet and exceed performance goals, control food and labor costs, ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times and work with senior management to maximize productivity and increase store level profitability.
