Requirements

Experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
Ability to motivate multiple employees in diverse fields
Successful track record in goal management
Displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude
Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting
Experienced in training staff
Strong administrative/back office skills
