About The Position

Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our 107 Wildwood Rd location in Willernie, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience with inventory management and cash handling
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals
Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members
Step in for the store manager when necessary
