About The Position
At Jack’s, managers are considered the backbone of the restaurants. This role involves leading shifts, assisting crew members, providing friendly guest service, partnering with the General Manager to achieve daily goals, and contributing to the operation of a high-volume business. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for training, coaching, and developing team members, preparing southern foods, and fostering a fun, supportive, respectful, and valued work environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
- Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
- Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals

- Train, coach, and develop successful team members
- Prepare delicious southern foods
