To provide support for the efficient operation of the salvage outlet while promoting Goodwill’s mission and values. This role ensures a positive shopping experience, oversees store personnel, and fosters a productive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include staff supervision, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies, all while contributing to sales goals and community engagement. This position reports to the Salvage Outlet Manager who evaluates performance annually. In addition, embodies the Goodwill Mission to: “Empower people to achieve their most abundant life” and upholds the Company Core Values of: Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, Customer-First Mindset, Humble Confidence, Passion for Mission, and Do the Right Thing.
