Requirements

  • Must live in, near, or be willing to relocate to the Denver metro area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in food service or retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Food safety Manager certification (e.g., ServSafe or State Food Safety) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment, (We provide training and testing).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for the Domino's brand and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
