Requirements
- Must live in, near, or be willing to relocate to the Denver metro area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in food service or retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Food safety Manager certification (e.g., ServSafe or State Food Safety) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment, (We provide training and testing).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passion for the Domino's brand and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
