About The Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who is eager to grow with our company and enjoy their work. We are a growing franchise, and this specific location employs 15-20 people, making strong team building skills essential for this position.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work 35-50 hours per week
• Excellent Communication skills
• Organization skills
• Team Building skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Basic Math and Book Keeping skills
• Must be able to Deliver if needed
• Must be able to create outstanding product
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards (Maximum of 3 traffic violations in 3 years or 2 in 2 years)
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
• A Minimum of 1 year of driving experience required
• Must be able to provide MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) from DMV
• Car must have a positive image
• Vehicle must comply with all Store and Corporate Safety Standards

Nice To Haves

• Food Handlers Licenses preferred
• Basic Computer skills (Word and Excel preferred)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 2 years in the food industry preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of management/shift lead skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist our General Manager with day-to-day operations
• Deliver if needed
• Create outstanding product
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
• Deliver flyers and door hangers
