As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key member of the nightly production team. Ensuring sushi is rolled, packaged, and loaded for delivery on schedule. You’ll uphold food safety and quality standards throughout each step and serve as the nightly delivery driver, completing a single-stop route to our local distributor (7 miles away) safely and on time.
