About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property, including common areas, model units, laundry facilities, and make-ready apartments. This role supports resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, and overall property presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high performance standards.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Attention to Detail - Maintains high cleaning standards by identifying and addressing overlooked areas.
  • Time Management - Effectively prioritizes tasks to complete assignments within required timelines.
  • Customer Service Orientation - Demonstrates a friendly, respectful, and service-focused approach when interacting with residents and staff.
  • Accountability - Takes ownership of assigned areas and ensures tasks are completed thoroughly and consistently.
  • Safety Awareness - Understands and follows proper chemical handling, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
  • Work Ethic & Reliability - Demonstrates punctuality, consistency, and dependability in daily performance.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products such as outlook emails
  • Some technological experience such as timekeeping apps and other employment apps is a plus
  • Open to adapt and learn employment technology
