About The Position

Condado Tacos is seeking expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Assistant General Managers. Leaders are expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with their teams, operations, and guests, embodying "Maniacal Hospitality" by believing "everything matters" and approaching every interaction as a "friendly host." Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required, preferably Assistant Manager or higher.
• All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment checks including background, drug screen and references.

Responsibilities

• Always putting the guest experience first, acting as a friendly host with a positive mood and attitude.
• Leading your restaurant as if it was your own, including understanding and impacting restaurant financials.
• Continuously promoting a positive Condado company culture with teammates and guests.
• Demonstrating passion for the industry, including maintaining the highest standards for service and guest interaction.
• Focusing on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily.
• Ensuring that every item delivered to the guest meets Condado's highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintaining constant awareness of the restaurant's feel and vibe, setting the standard for staff.
• Finding, training, and supporting the team daily.
• Serving the local community as if they were friends and family, both inside and outside the restaurant.
• Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with Catering and Marketing departments.
• Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health.
