The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role requires setting an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring the crew does the same. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. General job duties also involve operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facility.
