Located at: 423 Church St, Ottumwa, IA Taco John's of Iowa is looking for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when with GM is not present. The Assistant Manager may travel to other restaurants to help when needed, so having your own vehicle to use is required. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know. Starting pay is dependent on experience, plus there is an opportunity to make up to an additional $300 per month in performance bonus. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred.
  • QSR experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
  • Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • We do background checks on all new hires.
