As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and other store equipment
- Computer literacy, including the use of inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Process and manage customer orders, including telephone orders
