About The Position
This position is for an Assistant Manager at Arby's, a brand known for Roast Beef and Curly Fries, which is part of the Inspire Brands family of restaurants. Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience
- Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis
- Help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly
- Assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals
- Help team members through performance and training initiatives
