About The Position

Mitch’s Assistant Manager (ASM) will endeavor to make every guest’s visit an enjoyable experience.
The ASM performs the same related duties as the manager, direct and supervise the assigned location for maximum operational efficiency. The ASM will supervise all functional operations, communicate all policies and news to team members and communicate all necessary information to the assigned General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be prepared to work alone
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Must have an active and operational personal telephone and be able to return calls in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of business computer applications
• Supervisory experience
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Self–motivated; ability to work without supervision
• At least 1 year of management experience
