Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Experience managing restaurant financial performance including labor and food cost
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests.
• Leading a team of fifteen to twenty people.
• Building relationships with guests and co-workers.
• Train and develop team members.
• Controlling food, paper, and labor costs.
• Safety, guest and vendor relations, and restaurant maintenance.
• Inventory management.
