One year of management experience required
Must be available to open or close
If 18 years of age, possess proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation
If 19 years of age, possess proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation
No more than two driving-related violations (such as speeding, failure to yield, failure to obey traffic signals, careless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt) in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR
No more than three driving related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date of the MVR
No more than one at fault accident in the three years preceding the date of the MVR
No violations for Leaving the scene of an accident
No violations for Hit and Run
No violations for Reckless Driving
No driving violations involving drugs or alcohol
No violations for Vehicular homicide or assault
No violations for Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving
No violations for Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer
