Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Able to lift/carry up to 49lbs
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to be on call for staffing issues or emergencies

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer experiences
• Assisting store manager with various daily tasks on site
• Manage site in absence of store manager
• Complete management paperwork accurately
• Oversee training of cashiers
• Writing, receiving, and stocking orders for site
• Oversee employees on shift
• Act as a communicator between cashiers and management team
• Critical inventory counts
• Follow and enforce company's policies and procedures
