Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a positive shopping environment
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Participate in creating and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and objectives
