Requirements

Experience leading a team
Ability to manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 25 people
Possess a stellar attitude and motivational skills
Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured
Have a valid driver's license
Be a great role model, demonstrating high standards for punctuality, attitude towards customers and co-workers, and dress code.
Willingness to work when the team needs you the most (flexible schedule)
Must be at least 18 years old
