This position is for an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, a leadership role for individuals with natural management abilities. Requirements

  • Possess natural leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment skills.
  • Proficiency in math (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Possess verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Exhibit motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
  • Have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
  • Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
  • Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations.
  • Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
  • Manage staffing.
  • Handle paperwork.
  • Oversee cost controls.
  • Manage cash control.
  • Manage food.
  • Work to a schedule.
  • Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
  • Provide great customer service.
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality.
  • Arrange transportation to/from work.
  • Maintain store cleanliness.
  • Engage in marketing activities.
  • Contribute to profitability.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
