About The Position

Arby's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate their restaurants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth shifts and assisting the General Manager. This role also involves local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals, and supporting team members through performance and training initiatives. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
