You will make a great Assistant Manager if you: Are able to assist your Store Manager in anything they need help with. Are open to learning new things. Have great communications skills. Are assertive in helping to care for the oversite of your location. Understand how to create a great customer service experience and are able to teach others Enjoy working as a team and motivating others. Are open to learning how to build a positive, energetic and upbeat store atmosphere for your team Take initiative and act as a role model to other team members. Are confident in leading others Are able to help with emergency shift coverage Are good with cash handling. Are available to work holidays
