Requirements

Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills

Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during shifts
Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Participate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and cleaning
Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Train and develop new team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
