You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Key areas include Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, adherence to a Schedule, maintaining a Perfect Image and standards, providing Great Customer Service, ensuring Attendance & punctuality, arranging Transportation to/from work, maintaining Store cleanliness, Marketing, and Profitability. General job duties for all store team members involve operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily. Training and orientation are provided on the job.
