About The Position

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This role involves helping with hiring, supervising staff, managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires a desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment, and build a career in management. The Assistant Manager is expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
