About The Position
3Sixty Duty Free is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily retail operations at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international travel retail environment. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead team members, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for travelers from around the world.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Experience in airport, travel retail, or duty-free environments
- Experience with inventory and point-of-sale systems
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and sales objectives
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
